ONEIDA, N.Y., May 31, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Oneida Ltd. (NYSE:OCQ) today declared the regular quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share on the Company's common stock and 37 1/2 cents per share on the Company's preferred stock. Both dividends are payable June 30, 2000 to stockholders of record as of the close of business June 9, 2000.
This will be the 258th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid on the Company's common shares.
