I think they're very focused on commerce, and obviously with the USA Networks name to their corporate entity, they are very focused on using entertainment and content to facilitate contextual selling. So we think that it could be a very interesting play in this new sector."
Klinefelter asserts, "ValueVision (Nasdaq:VVTV) is the third player in the home shopping space, but they've been making a number of investments in lifestyle brands and lifestyle concepts, and they want to continue to use those to drive viewership on their television shows. We are encouraged by their motivation to use the home shopping channel to build brands and facilitate the sales of those branded products."
