DEF 1994 A/S appeals Western High Court Judgment over Eternit roofing sheets

DEF 1994 A/S, part of the FLS Group, has decided to appeal the Western High Court Judgment dated 8 June 2000 to the Supreme Court.

Under the High Court Judgment, DEF 1994 A/S is to cover in part the losses suffered by the two house-owners whose roofs were fitted with non-asbestos Eternit sheets. The roofing sheets in question had been manufactured in the period immediately following the start of the non-asbestos production.
