Iomega Corporation Chooses Red Hat To Develop Linux-Based Iomegaware Solutions Full Red Hat Linux(R) Support Planned In Near Future


NEW YORK, June 27, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- (PC Expo Booth No. 3672) -- Iomega Corporation (NYSE:IOM), a global leader in data management solutions, today announced it has signed a development support agreement with Red Hat(R), Inc. (Nasdaq:RHAT) to develop Linux(R) support for Iomega drives in future versions of the company's IomegaWare software.
