He has established Oracle's Business OnLine as the world's leading Application Service Provider, and is one of the pioneers in this exploding industry.
Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Reasoning, Inc., Chou led the team that built a high-growth IT Services business. Prior to that, he held numerous positions at Tandem Computers in executive management, software development management and product marketing. Chou joins existing board members Stephen R. Wong, CEO and president of Embarcadero; Frank Polestra, managing director of Ascent Venture Partners; Dennis Wong, managing director of SPI Holdings; and Michael J. Roberts, executive director of entrepreneurial studies at Harvard Business School.
