It has been agreed today with Mr Kai Lyngsie that he will resign as President and CEO of Fuller Company, the US-based subsidiary of F.L.Smidth-Fuller Engineering.
Mr Christian Jepsen, 40, MSc (Bus.Admin.), has subsequently been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Fuller Company. Christian Jepsen has served as Chief Financial Officer of Fuller Company for the past five years. Prior to that he was Vice President, Corporate Accounting and Finance, at F.L.Smidth-Fuller Engineering, and Deputy Manager of the FLS Industries Finance Department.
