UMOE OLJE OG GASS AS AWARDS PROSAFE A DRILLING FLUID EQUIPMENT AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT CONTRACT ON OSEBERG C


Procon Engineering AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of ProSafe ASA, has been awarded the contract for delivery of drilling fluid equipment and technical support during engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up of a new drilling mud module on Oseberg C. The contract value is approx. NOK 28 mill. The work will commence immediately and will finish June 2001.

This award confirms Procon Engineering’s leading position within design and delivery of drilling fluid systems.

During the last month, ProSafe has been awarded new contracts with a total value of approx. NOK 148 mill.
