Empire International has the exclusive rights to the Moodies(tm), Kooties(tm), Boarders(tm), Hoopsters(tm), Majors(tm), RedZone(tm), Computoons(tm),and Tasties(tm) for all markets in the Phillipines. Empire International was very enthusiastic about completing this deal because of the appeal they feel these characters will have with consumers in the Phillipines.
Fineline Properties.com, Inc. is also happy to announce that we have signed a contract with Character Commercial Services, Ltd. for the country of Brazil. Character Commercial Services is the most prominent licensing agency in Brazil, and is very excited to represent Fineline's library of cartoons to Brazilian manufacturers and consumers. The contract guarantees a minimum the first year of $500,000 in gross revenues (US dollars).
