I børsmelding 1075 datert 23. mai 2000 ble det rapportert at Det Norske Oljeselskap AS (DNO) hadde inngått intensjonsavtale med BP Amoco Norge (BP) hvor BP overdrar sine lisensrettigheter i Produksjonslisens PL 203 (Norsk Hydro Operatør) og PL 148 (Statoil Operatør) til DNO. Videre vil DNO overta 10 % i PL 006, unntatt Valhall- og Tor feltene (BP Operatør).
BP har i dag 28,333% i PL 006, 10% i PL 148 og 15% i PL 203.
BP og DNO har i dag inngått kjøps- / salgsavtale vedrørende ovennevnte lisensandeler, som erstatter tidligere intensjonsavtale. Avtalen forutsetter godkjennelse fra øvrige lisenspartnere og norske myndigheter.
