Crayfish Investors File Class Action


NEW YORK, Sept. 26, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- A class action was commenced on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Crayfish Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq:CRFH) in its initial public offering or in the period from March 8, 2000 to August 30, 2000. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants violated the federal securities laws by, among other things, materially misrepresenting the Company's business condition and failing to disclose material facts concerning the impact of the business decline of its major business partner Hikari Tsushin, Inc.
