Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik including subsidiaries ("Kinnevik") has in accordance with previous board decision and decision on shareholders' meeting transferred all shares in Société Européenne de Communication S.A. ("SEC") to NetCom AB ("NetCom"). Pending the registration of the new issue of shares, Kinnevik has received interim shares in NetCom. Kinnevik owns 6,498,880 shares of Series A and 16,467,678 shares of Series B in NetCom, together representing 15.9% of the shares and 19.7% of the votes in the company.
