In the same transaction Citycon will take over the entire share capital of Sponda’s Kiinteistö Oy Ulappatori property in Espoo. This property has a debt-free value of approximately FIM 25 million.
Sponda is the largest real estate investment company in Finland specializing in business premises. The market capitalization of its property portfolio, 90 % of which is in the Helsinki metropolitan area, amounts to approximately FIM 8 billion.
