Visa Pekkarinen has been appointed new President of Tikkurila Oy. He will continue as President of Tikkurila Paints Oy as well. Raimo Piironen, now President of Tikkurila Oy and Tikkurila CPS Oy, will be President of CPS Color Group Oy, the new company acquiring the Tikkurila CPS tinting systems.
Matti Lapinleimu has been appointed Vice President, Business Development, of Tikkurila Oy. He is currently Business Unit Manager, Kemira Pigments Oy. In addition to business development and acquisitions his area of responsibility will include finance and accounting functions at Tikkurila Oy. Jukka Riihimäki has been appointed Vice President, Finance, in the new company CPS Color Group. Jukka Riihimäki is currently Vice President, Finance at Tikkurila Oy.
Frits Visser has been appointed Director, Kemira Agro Nitrogen (KAN) unit, and will be in charge of the nitrogen fertiliser unit within Kemira Agro Oy. Frits Visser is currently President of Kemira Pigments Oy.
Risto Keränen has been appointed President, Kemira Pigments Oy. He is currently President of Kemira Agro Oy.
Heikki Sirviö has been appointed President, Kemira Agro Oy.
He is currently in charge of Kemira Agro Specialities (KAS) unit within Kemira Agro Oy.
Hannu Toivonen, Dr.Tech. (Chem.Eng.) has been appointed Vice President, R&D and Technology, at Kemira Oyj. He will also continue in his current position as Vice President, Technology at Kemira Chemicals.
These appointments are effective immediately.
