Davies Assumes Role of President and CEO


PHOENIX, Nov. 17, 2000 (PRIMEZONE) -- Frontier Adjusters of America, Inc. (AMEX:FAJ), a nationwide franchiser and licensor of claims adjusters, announced today that Troy M. Huth, a director, President and CEO of the Company, has resigned as an officer of the Company to pursue other interests. John M. Davies, the Company's Chairman, will assume the role of President and CEO.

Mr. Davies stated, "Frontier has enjoyed working with Troy during the last two and a half years. Troy's efforts have been an integral component of Frontier's reduction in expenses and growth in net income during his tenure. We wish him well in his future endeavors."
