Wolters Kluwer has lauched a 5-year EUR 550 million Bond Issue

Wolters Kluwer has launched today a 5-year bond issue for an amount of EUR 550 million. The proceeds from this bond issue will be used to refinance existing bank facilities, as well as for general corporate purposes.
 
The coupon has been set at 6.125%. Credit Suisse First Boston and Rabobank International act as Joint Lead Managers. ABN Amro, Deutsche Bank, ING Barings/BBL, Schroder Salomon Smith Barney and Société Générale are the Co-lead Managers.
