Mandatory Notification of Trade

As a part of a final settlement of a debt agreement going back to May 4 th, 1999, Hans Gude Gudesen has transferred 7.925 shares in Opticom ASA and 25.000 shares in Fast
Search & Transfer ASA to the parties of the said agreement.
Gudesens remaining shareholding in Opticom ASA is 1.963.288 shares and in Fast Search & Transfer ASA 11.220.575 shares.
Gudsen has no intention to sell any shares in the companies in the forseeable future.
