John Kostak recently was VP Global Sales and Marketing at Dynarc. Dan Lutter leaves a post with the same company as Director of Sales, The Americas and Asian Pacific Rim.
"Our communication platform has the attention from both operators and the media industry in USA" says Bengt Olsson, CEO, Net Insight AB. "The recruitment of John Kostak and Dan Lutter is an important step as we move from an R&D company to a sales company. They add deep knowledge of both the broadband market and the media industry in the USA."
Increased focus on media
John and Dan will work from Net Insight's office in the USA focusing on the sales and marketing of broadband solutions for the media industry.
"Digitising the current analogue process within the media industry leads to improved quality and vast improvements in the economies of scale," says John Kostak. "Analogue management alone, such as copying and archiving film, cost hundreds of millions of USD every year."
The core in Net Insight's concentration on media networks is the communication platform Nimbra. With Nimbra, companies can converge data traffic, IP telephony, MPEG streams and studio quality SDI 270 Mbps video signals into the same platform. As the only network solution in the world, it guarantees real-time services through large network structures over long distances with 100 percent quality of service.
