In view of the retirement of Juhani Riutta, President and CEO of Valmet Automotive, part of Metso Corporation, the Board of Directors of Valmet Automotive has appointed Tapio Kuisma, B.Sc. (Econ), as the new President and CEO from April 9, 2001. Juhani Riutta will continue as Vice Chairman of Valmet Automotive’s Board of Directors.
