Pursuant to the Securities Trading Act, Section 29, subsection 2, 2, we hereby announce that FLS Industries A/S controls an interest in NKT Holding A/S representing 25.4% of the share capital and of the number of votes. FLS Industries has received the shares in NKT as dividend from Aalborg Portland Holding.
