At the FLS Industries A/S Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 1 May 2001 the proposed dividend at DKK 3 per FLS Industries share was adopted. The company in general meeting also approved the proposal submitted by the Board to merge with Aalborg Portland Holding with effect from 1 January 2001. The approved merger will entail increasing the FLS Industries A/S share capital from DKK 929,737,000 (divided into DKK 144,000,000 A shares and DKK 785,737,700 B shares) to DKK 1,064,000,000 (divided into DKK 144,000,000 A shares and DKK 920,000,000 B shares).
