UTRECHT, The Netherlands, June 18, 2001 (PRIMEZONE) -- As already announced on June 7, 2001, NedGraphics Holding N.V. (AEX:NEDG) (NedGraphics) has privately issued new shares as part of its financial plan to strengthen its equity position. With this private share issue 223,527 shares (approximately 9.9% of the issued share capital) have been successfully placed. A listing on the stock exchange is to be applied for these new shares.
Den End and Mr. Mathijsen were appointed to the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Mathijsen was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Approval by the Supervisory Board was necessary to effectuate the private placement of the shares. After their appointment today, the Supervisory Board gave its approval to the share issue. In addition, Robert Prince was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on the Board of Directors during the extraordinary shareholders meeting today.
