METSO TO ENLARGE ITS OFFICES IN JYVÄSKYLÄ, FINLAND


Metso Paper has decided to enlarge its offices in Jyväskylä, Finland by altogether some 10,000 sq.m. The enlargement will be completed in the end of 2003. Value of the investment is EUR 15 million.

The main part of the building investments consists of new service logistics center and the new office wing. The equipment for the logistics center and the refurbishing the old buildings are included in the investment. The new office wing will include working space for 150 - 200 employees. The building will also include customer training center.

Planing of the area has already started, and the actual construction work will begin in Autumn this year.
