His first priority will be to build market share and profitability as a full service Web Content Management vendor with high end product Roxen Platform and newly acquired entry-level product Roxen IntraWise.
Roxen Internet Software AB (Roxen IS), the Sweden based full service Web Content Management (WCM) vendor, today announced that it has appointed Kenneth Olofsson to the position of CEO. He joins Roxen IS from Viewlocity, where he served as Country General Manager Nordic.

While I regret that Lars Hoegberg has resigned from the position of CEO Roxen IS to pursue other interests in the IT industry, I have total confidence in Kenneth's drive, abilities and his combined understanding of markets and technology. Roxen Internet Software has recently received a total of Euro 3 million in Venture Capital from a major Swedish financial institution, confirming that the acquisition of Spectral IntraWise, now renamed Roxen IntraWise, was a sound step in consolidating the Nordic Web Content Management industry. Mr. Olofsson will drive the post acquisition integration and is charged with remodeling Roxen IS to a full service Web Content Management Company with a complete product portfolio and professional services. This offering is the foundation for significantly increasing market share and profitability in the Nordic home market and elsewhere.
Kenneth Olofsson comes from a position as Country General Manager, Nordic at Viewlocity. He has previously served as Managing Director Hitachi Data Systems Sweden, Managing Director BEA Systems Sweden, and Business Unit Manager at Nocom. Kenneth Olofsson is the proud father of five and resides on the island Blidoe in the Stockholm archipelago.
