During September, Amer Group Plc has purchased a total of 137,200 of its own shares, the average price being EUR 24.01 per share.
At the end of September, the number of own shares held by the Company was 884,600.
The authority to purchase its own shares was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 7 March 2001, and was limited to a maximum of 5% of the Company's registered share capital.
