Incap Electronics Ltd has concluded the co-operative negotiations with workers at its Helsinki and Vaasa units. Besides the previously realized cost savings and implementation of flexible working hours also cuts in personnel are necessary.
10 workers in the Helsinki unit are laid off permanently. In the Vaasa unit maximum 45 workers will be temporarily laid off for a maximum of 90 days. Negotiations with the administrative employees in Vaasa will be continued.
