Som et ledd i det frivillige tilbudet til aksjonærer med 33 eller færre aksjer i selskapet, har DNO ASA den 17. januar 2002 mottatt aksept om frivillig salg av 15.896 DNO-aksjer til kurs 14,92. Til sammen har DNO ASA mottatt aksept om salg av 112.178 DNO-aksjer fra 11.130 aksjonærer.
Med de siste akseptene, vil selskapet ha en beholdning av egne aksjer på tilsammen
1.086.678 aksjer.
