Effective immediately, Mr. Robert Gowell has been appointed as CEO and co-chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Gowell has been associated with the company as an investor and previous board member for nearly three years. He is retired from the U.S. Marshal's office where he served in New York City and the Philadelphia areas.
Mr. Michael J. Pellegrino will serve as President and COO of the Company in addition to his current position as CFO. Mr. Pellegrino has been with DDSI for nearly seven years.
Mr. Randolph Hall was appointed as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Hall has been with the company for over six years and most recently served as Vice President of Operations. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing in both the criminal justice and security markets.
Newly appointed CEO Mr. Robert Gowell commented, "My goal is to enhance shareholder value by restructuring and refocusing DDSI in all area's and create a more efficient sales organization. With the management changes announced today, I feel DDSI will have the best people in the right positions to achieve this goal".
