SLIEDRECHT, The Netherlands, Feb. 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- After the decisions taken at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Unit 4 Agresso N.V of December 21, 2001, Unit 4 Agresso has applied for a de-listing from Oslo Bors.
Based on the application, the secondary listing on Oslo Bors, and the low liquidity of the shares at Oslo Bors compared to the primary listing at Euronext Amsterdam, Oslo Bors has decided that a de-listing is justified.
According to this Oslo Bors has decided the following: 'Oslo Bors made a decision to de-list Unit 4 Agresso. Last day of listing for the quoted company Unit 4 Agresso (UNI) is March 1, 2002.'
