Kari Saarinen, President and CEO of Incap Corporation, resigns from his duties. Incap's Board of Directors and Kari Saarinen have today agreed that he will continue as president and CEO until 21 March 2002.
"There is no special dramatics in the resignation, and the parties have reached the decision in good understanding", says Juhani Vesterinen, Chairman of Incap's Board of Directors. "After the merger of Incap Corporation and JMC Tools, many of the operations will be taking place in the Oulu region, and it is not possible for Kari Saarinen to move there due to personal reasons".
