The Vaisala Group has signed a significant contract with a long-
standing customer to supply upper air observation systems. Under the
contract, which is valued at about EUR 10 million, Vaisala will
deliver sounding systems along with radiosondes. The deliveries under
the contract will be carried within a year.
The Vaisala Group is a successful international technology company
that develops and manufactures electronic measurement systems and
equipment for meteorology, environmental sciences, traffic safety and
