HELSINKI, Finland, March 14, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Proha Board of Directors decided to continue to study various alternatives to develop the Group structure. The study continues to explore ways to increase the free float of Artemis shares in the US-markets and to strengthen the Nordic business operations. Demerger is not considered to be the most probable option and no demerger actions should be expected within the near future.
