We have been informed today that the percentages of JMC Finance Oy, Kalevi Laurila and Finnvera plc out of the share capital of Incap Corporation have been changed due to transactions made with the shares of JMC Tools Oy as follows:
The share of Finnvera plc of the percentage of share capital and votes of Incap Corporation is now less than 15%. The combined share of Kalevi Laurila and JMC Finance Oy, which is under his control, has exceeded 15%.
