NeoNet Board Members Increase Company Shareholdings


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 21, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- NeoNet, a leading provider of real-time equity trading services for institutional investors and broker-dealers, today announced that Chairman Staffan Persson, and Board members Hans Karlsson and Thord Wilkne have increased their company shareholdings respectively by in total 1.9 million shares, correspondent to 4.5% of the capital and votes in the company.

Hans Karlsson, NeoNet's largest shareholder, increased his shareholdings with 826,750 shares to 8,070,750 shares, correspondent to 18.9% of the votes and capital.

NeoNet's Chairman of the Board, Staffan Persson, who is the next largest stockowner, increased his stockholdings with 826,750 shares to 6,908,830 shares, correspondent to 16.2% of the votes and capital.

Thord Wilkne increased his stockholdings from 230,000 shares to 400,000 shares.
