At the Annual General Meeting of Micronic Laser Systems AB on March 21, 2002 the following was decided:
Disposition of Earnings
The AGM resolved in favor of the Board's and CEO's proposal regarding disposal of earnings, that unappropriated earnings be carried forward.
Board
At the Annual General Meeting it was decided that the Board should consist of eight ordinary members.
The following members of the Board were re-elected:
Millert Carlsson Hans Fletcher Bert Jeppsson Sven Lofquist Magnus Ryde Christer Zetterberg Lars Ojefors
Goran Malm was elected as a new member.
Articles of Association
The AGM resolved in favor of the Board's proposal of changes in the Articles of Association. The changes are purely editorial to adjust to the Companies Act.
