STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 22, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ratos's associated company Programmera and Giga Group has changed its name to Yarrow. The change of name is part of the work to integrate the two companies.
Yarrow is a Stockholm-based IT company which focuses on the banking, financial services and insurance sectors.
Yarrow combines technical expertise with industry-specific experience. All Yarrow's customers, including those outside the financial market, conduct technically demanding projects. Yarrow has 130 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 120m.
Ratos's holding in Yarrow is 39 %.
