STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 25, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tranche IV (Warrants 2002/2004) of HiQ's staff warrants programme, approved by the AGM on the April 26, 2001, has been completed. Pursuant to the regulations for resale, a total of 60,000 warrants have been allocated. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 1 share.
Total dilution of share capital after all warrants programmes is 3.1 per cent.
