Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has been informed on April 11, 2002 that as a result of transactions concluded on April 8, 2002 the holdings of Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have exceeded 1/10 of the share capital in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.

The proportion of share capital and voting rights in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj managed by Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, incorporation number EC-01462, was as of April 8, 2002 as follows:
