MALMO, Sweden, April 16, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has extended its comprehensive Corporate Agreement with Ericsson concerning the supply of its world class software development tools world wide. The parties view this agreement as an important part of the close cooperation between the two companies and gives Ericsson's community of software engineers full access to the whole range of Telelogic software tools.

The products have been packaged in a more flexible way that better suit Ericsson's engineers in the development process. This has been made possible through the close relationship between Ericsson and Telelogic.
