NEW YORK, April 17, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- A class action complaint has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, case number 02-CIV-80323-Middlebrooks, on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased Eagle Buildings Technologies, Inc. ("Eagle" or the "Company") common stock (OTCBB:EGBT) between August 11, 2000 and February 14, 2002, both dates inclusive (the "Class Period").
