LINKOPING, Sweden, April 23, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- For several years, Nexus has supplied solutions to SSAB Tunnplat. These have included an e-business solution based on Nexus' Secured Extranet concept, which provides SSAB's customers and sub-contractors with secure access to SSAB's order and production system.
This new assignment means that Nexus will build up SSAB's implementation of Micrsoft's Active Directory, which will comprise one of the pillars in SSAB's information structure, which in turn places stringent demands on information security. The assignment also entails Nexus producing a security policy for the concerned IT operations.
