Tornet Sells Properties with a Capital Gain


STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Fastighets AB Tornet has sold seven properties at a price of approximately SEK 61 million with a total capital gain of approximately SEK 12 million. Five of the properties mainly contain housing and are situated in Lysekil, Malmo and Karlstad. The other two properties are in Vasteras and Kungalv. The latter property comes from Tornet's acquisition of Amplion.

After the sales, Tornet's capital gains during 2002 total approximately SEK 23 million, of which SEK 20 million during the first quarter 2002.
