LOS ANGELES, May 15, 2002 -- The Board of Directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable June 8, 2002, to shareholders of record May 28, 2002. The board also declared a dividend of $1.75 per share on the company's Series B convertible preferred stock, payable July 15, 2002, to shareholders of record July 3, 2002.
