Opticom ASA held its Annual General Meeting 22 May 2002. The meeting was opened and chaired by the Chairman, Thomas Fussell.
All resolutions were passed unanimously as proposed in the notice of the meeting.
After the general meeting, the management team from Opticom's operating subsidiary Thin Film Electronics presented TFE`s activities, its technology and its market and commercial prospects. The presentation (in English) is posted at www.ose.no and www.opticomasa.com .
