COPENHAGEN, Denmark, June 11, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- At GN Great Nordic's annual general meeting held April 23, 2002 the shareholders decided to approve the proposal put forward by the Board of Directors to delist GN Great Nordic's secondary listing from the Official List maintained by the U.K. Listing Authority (listed as GN Store Nord) and to cancel trading on the London Stock Exchange plc.
