STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 25, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tranche II (Warrants 2002/2004) of HiQ's staff warrants programme, approved by the AGM on the 2nd of May 2002, has been completed. Pursuant to the regulations for resale, a total of 548 700 warrants have been allocated. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for 1 share.
Total dilution of share capital after all warrants programmes is 4.1 per cent.
