LIVE is a leading independent producer in the rapidly expanding consumer lifestyle events market. Lifestyle events include arts festivals, culinary festivals, family shows and targeted ethnic events. LIVE has produced some of the leading consumer event properties in Southern California such as the Gourmet LA Festival, Los Angeles Garlic Festival, VIVA! The next two events scheduled by LIVE are Viva! Los Angeles and The Family Expo and Kids Fair. Both events are focusing on niche audiences within the large Latin population of Los Angeles. The Family Expo and Kids Fair is also known as La Exposicion Familiar, and takes place October 12 and 13 at Whittier Narrows Park. This event is a combination of parenting expo and kids fair, and will feature lots of family fun, including a petting zoo, helicopter rides, and Spider-Man.
LIVE's overall plan to grow the company includes rolling up and acquiring local, branded lifestyle events, partnering, joint venturing and forming new lifestyle events, and offering combined sponsorships to national, regional and local advertisers.
