STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Aug. 28, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- ReadSoft has signed an agreement with Swedish System Provider IBS Sweden AB. The agreement concerns INVOICES, ReadSoft's software for automatic processing of supplier invoices. The software will be sold by IBS as a part of their business solution IBS Attest.
IBS develops IT-solutions that improves business processes and competitiveness. Among the offerings is IBS Attest, a module software that comprises scanning, registry, distribution, approval and archiving of supplier invoices. ReadSoft's award-winning INVOICES technology will be included in the IBS Attest concept and sold to customers all over the world.
"IBS is an important and successful ERP-provider and this collaboration is indeed a success for us. Initially, IBS will resell our INVOICES software as a complement to IBS Attest, but the ambition is to fully integrate the two solutions shortly and take the offerings to a global market," commented Jan Andersson, MD at ReadSoft.

ReadSoft's INVOICES product is designed to recognize unstructured invoice documents and capture data such as sender, invoice number and invoice amount from anywhere on the invoice. At the same time, the software checks the data against information in the customers' business system. The solution offers a quick return on investment due to lowered costs and better data quality when processing invoices.
