FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Sept. 3, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has been awarded the contract to extend the Overby shopping centre outside the city of Trollhattan. The client is Norwegian-owned Steen & Strom. The contract is worth about SEK 170 million.
The new building will be some 20,000 square metres in two planes, aimed for volume sales. The work will start in November 2002 and it is estimated to be ready in March 2004.
Peab will also carry through the necessary exploiting works that will be done in the area.
