It is now faster and simpler for visitors to the find the information they need about Nacio services and about Nacio itself. The website was redesigned as part of Nacio's ongoing drive to improve communications with its existing and potential clients and to commence providing key benefits to these clients in allowing them direct access to data relevant to the services they are receiving. Towards this effort, Nacio will be adding a continuous stream of new features in the coming months, including a customer portal that will allow users to submit and view the status of support tickets, view Internet traffic usage in real-time and much more.
