Feintool presents innovations and expertise at EuroBlech, the world’s leading sheet metal processing fair in Hanover

In the current slack business environment, the component supply industry – in the automotive sector, for example – is redoubling its efforts to stay competitive by reviewing its production processes and finding ways of increasing their efficiency. Although investment levels are currently low, demands on technology and systems providers are rising steadily.

As the technology leader in fineblanking and forming, Feintool devotes a lot of time and resources to researching and developing materials, process reliability, tool and machine technology, and tool design. By systematically gearing itself to customer needs – as a total solutions provider should – Feintool is constantly uncovering new opportunities in industrial series production. Feintool technology can be used to manufacture highly complex multifunctional parts at a significantly lower cost than conventional processes.

New fineblanking/forming press debuts at EuroBlech
Following the successful launch of its HFAplus series at the last EuroBlech, Feintool will be premiering yet another innovative new range of presses at this year’s fair – the Feintool HLT 1250 fineblanking system with integrated Feintool FBA 8/300 stock feed line. Thanks to its substantially extended press table, this new hydraulic fineblanking and forming press offers a completely new feature: not only will it use the same ultra-accurate progressive tools as existing presses, it will also accommodate modular tools. Since these tools incorporate simple and reliable sequences of steps, Feintool’s new press is suitable for combined fineblanking, forming and stamping processes. The increased functionality of the press creates new scope for tool design, the optimization of parts design and material utilization. The new integrated stock feed line eliminates the need to buy in additional autonomous units.

Based in Lyss, Switzerland, Feintool is a leading technology and systems provider in fineblanking/forming and assembly/automation. It is also a global supplier of metal and plastic components.
